Review: Yalara is a winged sea sprite searching for her lover over vast seas, only to find disaster. Einion is a regular boy with an illness, who nearly gets a murdered. The two of them learn of their connection as they face danger and have to fight to save themselves. The most impressive feat of this book is the vast amount of research the author did before writing it, which shows from the impressive knowledge of oceans and the likes. The characters and plot are interesting, and it's an enjoyable read.
